MHB
Mental Health Bridge

The Mental Health Bridge program is a short term intensive psychotherapy outpatient model. This model was designed to treat eating disorders and the following mental health concerns: anxiety/mood disorders, chronic stress, adjustment/phase of life challenges, relationship struggles, self-esteem, assertiveness...

MHB can range from 2-8 weeks depending on the patient's treatment plan. MHB consists of 2-3 therapeutic sessions weekly: (1) in person psychotherapy, (1) virtual skills based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc), (1)Group/Family based therapy. New Patients will be complete 1-3 psychiatric assessments with a provider and treatment plan will be formulated. Referrals will be made to outside providers as needed for medication consultations, nutritional counseling and medical monitoring, etc.

MHB bridges the gap:
  • for clients transitioning from inpatient/residential programs back to reality (work, life, home, school)
  • for clients who are not satisfied with weekly/biweekly psychotherapy and desire a unique immersive person centered therapy
  • for clients who want a more structured goal based therapeutic experience.
