Insurance

• We are primarily in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO, PPO & Indemnity Plans. Contact your individual therapist for specific questions about other insurance plans they might accept. Some of our therapists take Harvard Pilgrim, Allways, Optum, United HealthCare, MGB.

Out of Network Provider

• You may have out-of-network benefits with your insurance plan. This will cover a percentage of our fee
• It is important you phone your insurance company to learn about this benefit, % covered, co-pay, # sessions allowed, claim forms for reimbursement, etc...

Fee for Service

•  We also offer fee-for-service counseling and therapy in the south shore. Patients will pay the full fee for service. Fee for service costs range from $140-$200 per session

Cancellation Policy

• We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we are not able to fill your time slot with another patient, then you will be charged a cancellation fee. This policy applies to "no-shows" to appointments as well.
